How Consistent Should My Sessions Be for Optimal Results? While we tailor our recommendations to each unique circumstance and goals, a common guideline is to engage in sessions twice a week for a duration of six weeks. WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE SESSION?

During our comprehensive, full-body stretch sessions, our dedicated stretch coaches target all major muscle groups and any specific problem areas to improve your range of motion, alleviate muscle tightness, and promote joint mobility.
How long is each session? Each stretch session lasts for 30 minutes. However, you can add additional enhancements to your visit. Each additional enhancement adds 10 minutes. Learn more here.
What will be the focus areas during the session? Our stretch coach will focus on stretching many of your muscles and joints, particularly targeting areas with greater needs, based on your needs!
Will I be required to lie down during the session? Yes, for most of the session, you will be lying in a relaxing position on your back while the stretch coach works on various areas of your body.
What should I wear to my appointment? We recommend wearing comfortable clothing to your stretching sessions.
Is there a massage component included in the session? Yes, during each visit, you may choose from three of our premium massage enhancements: Instrumented Tool Massage, Hyperice Hypervolt (massage gun), and Normatek Compression Boots.
